What we collect
The answers a parent or guardian gives in our questionnaire (such as a child's first name, nicknames, family names, pets, favourite things and bedtime routine), plus the buyer's name and email. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
How we use it
Only to create and deliver your child's album, and to contact you about your order. We never sell or share it for marketing, and we never use a child's details in our own advertising without written permission.
Who processes it
To write and produce the songs, the relevant answers are sent to AI text and music services that act on our behalf. We send only what a song needs (for example a first name and a pet's name), never payment or contact details. Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, and payments are processed by Stripe.
How long we keep it
We delete questionnaire answers 90 days after delivery (long enough to handle your free revision). Your album page stays online so you can keep listening; ask us any time and we'll remove it.
Children
Our service is for parents and guardians. The questionnaire is filled in by an adult, and we don't knowingly collect information directly from children.
